CAD modeling
Cost of custom parts development will vary according to the demands of the concept. Quote will be based on estimated completion time of 3d rendering, material costs, and production costs associated with the part.
Base rate of parts design from scratch will be $100. This includes consultation and up to 2 hours of prototype 3d model rendering, sent to you upon completion for approval of design concept. We will work one on one in order to dial in your design ideas.
3d modeling estimates extending past the 2 hour time slot included will be an additional $50/hr.
Cost of production factors will be added to the base rate. Production factors include material cost, powder coating, laser etching, and fabrication services.
Fabrication
Many applications and designs will require some form of fabrication, if not multiple forms.
Precision CNC machining, CNC bent steel/aluminum plate, laser cutting, laser etching, and MIG/TIG welding services are available and ready to rip!
